What is your warranty policy?

Each manufacturer offers their own product warranty. Most products have their warranty information listed throughout the website, specifically on their product page. Or you can contact our customer service team at (866) 758-8448.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you realize you need to cancel an order, please call our toll-free number at (866) 758-8448 AND email us at customerservice@ssifurnishings.com. Some products from our manufacturers are not returnable after they have shipped. So, we need to work as quickly as possible to cancel an order. We understand mistakes are made, etc. We will work on your behalf to make sure these orders are cancelled.

If the item has shipped, then you will be responsible for both shipping charges to you and returned to the factory.

Most manufacturers may charge a restocking fee up to 25% of the item price if the item has shipped or not. So, once again, we want to work as quickly as possible to cancel the order on your behalf.

What is the return policy?

We represent many different manufacturers, all which have varying return policies. Most shipments that are unused and in the original cartons may be returned to their respective manufacturer within 5 business days of receipt. Return Authorizations must be issued by SSi Furnishings before any merchandise may be returned. If your shipment arrives as ordered but you decide you want to return it, you may be subject to restocking fees as well as return shipping fees.

It is very difficult to return products to manufacturers because the size is wrong, or a color is not the color you thought it would be when placing the order. We are here to help you! Please contact us for free color swatches. If you are unsure about a certain size of product, please call us as we can help you determine what you need by asking you just a few questions. It will save all of us hours of headaches by investing a few minutes on the front end of ordering!

What if my order is damaged?

If your shipment arrives damaged via UPS or truck, call our customer service team at (866) 758-8448 for prompt attention. We need to be notified within 5 business days as we have limited time to file the freight claim on your behalf. If possible, describe the damage on the delivery receipt (including potential concealed damage) and ask the delivery person to sign it. As we ship directly from the manufacturer, we will not know if something is damaged unless you notify us.

Additional details and product images may be required for us to process a replacement order. Please keep product in original packaging as the freight carriers require it for freight damage inspections.
